4. Orders and Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and refunded in full.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer island-wide delivery in Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. Any delays caused by courier services are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist with any issues.
6. Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Custom or special order items may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy page for detailed instructions.

Most watches sold by Time Master come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years. Warranty coverage and conditions vary by brand and product. Please retain your receipt and warranty card for any claims.
