Returns & Exchange Policy

At Time Master, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • It is returned in the original packaging (including tags, warranty card, and box)
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Watches that show signs of wear or use
  • Damaged products due to misuse or improper handling
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless faulty)
  • Custom or special orders

3. How to Return or Exchange

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or return based on the issue.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.
